The Biddy SD Spreader is designed for bedding poultry units of all sizes. Featuring a Direct drive hydraulic motor system it has a Rapid dispense time bedding a standard sized Poultry house in less than 20 minutes. With an adjust-able spread pattern it will produce an even spread of material in a 180° arc whilst reducing your material usage by up to 50%. The large capacity hopper complete with dual augers eliminates any chance of material bridging and caking to the inside of the machine. The Direct Drive Hydraulic System has no belts or pulleys thus ensuring that there is no slippage within the machine. Furthermore, the system can be fitted with the optional duel spinner deck shut down system for preferred single sided spreading in confined environments and smaller poultry houses. The Machine is constructed from heavy duty materials including a Hardox cutting edge which results in a more durable machine and an increased service life. The strong and lightweight spinners are made with interchangeable stainless steel blades and are easily changed if damaged.

In association with Agquip, Fleming-Agri Products now offer a Trailing Shoe/Dribble Bar in addition to their Slurry Tanker range. The Fleming/Agquip Trailing Shoe/ Dibble Bar use distribution boots to ensure that the slurry goes directly onto the surface of the soil. This prevents waste and greatly reduces the contamination of grass associated with normal slurry spreading. The Super Elastic discharge pipes are kink-proof, have excellent weather resistance and have reinforcement along their entire length which promotes strength and durability giving the product a longer lifespan. The discharge pipes are equipped with a sprung steel support which allows the feeder boot to be deflected by underlying obstacles. The Computer aided Designed profile of the distribution boot offers additional optimum flow characteristics, manufactured from injection moulded rubber for extra flexibility and a longer lifespan.
